Sales & delivery area

Sales and delivery are limited to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

Selection & wholesale quantities

Wholesale orders start at 10 bottles. Mixed fragrance selections are welcome. Availability, bottle sizes and packaging must be confirmed with your quotation.

Shipping quotations

Shipping depends on destination, order volume and the requirements for transporting fragrances. Submit your destination and postal code for a quote. Do not treat an initial zero shipping amount as a promise of free delivery.

Delivery & import arrangements

We confirm the delivery method, estimated transit time, customs responsibilities and any included charges before payment. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Payment

First submit an unpaid order. Once your product selection, shipping and total are agreed, we open PayPal payment for that order. Payment is complete only when confirmed by the payment provider.

Damage or order issues

Contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs of the parcel and affected items. Keep the packaging while we review the issue with you.
